Explanation of Services and Pricing: Spring 2011

1. Inground Pool - No Cover   Price 1: $299.00
1.a.) Pool - reinstall all portable pool equipment.   Test and chemically balance pool water (price of chemicals not included).  Clean tile, skimmers and deck.  This does not include vacuum cleaning pool.  "Automatic pool cleaners will not be put in the pool and tested on opening because they will stir up winter fallout debris and cause the water to become cloudy.  If a return trip is needed to repair or adjust cleaner, there will be a service charge of $95.00 per hour
1.b.) Filter - Reassemble filter, heater, pump and motors.  Light pilot on heater and check operation of all systems.

2. Inground Pool w/ Mesh Cover   Price 1: $374.00
2 .a.) Pool - reinstall all portable pool equipment.   Test and balance pool water (price of chemicals not included).  Clean tile, skimmers and deck.  This does not include vacuum cleaning pool.  "Automatic pool cleaners will not be put in the pool and tested on opening because they will stir up winter fallout debris and cause the water to become cloudy.  If a return trip is needed to repair or adjust cleaner, there will be a service charge of $85.00 per hour
2 .b.) Filter - Reassemble filter, heater, pump and motors.  Light pilot on heater and check operation of all systems.
2.c.) Mesh Cover - Debris removed, cover removed, pop ups put down and cover stored on your premises.

3. Mesh Cover Storage    Price 1: $ 250.00  
We prefer to store mesh covers on your premises, in a place designated by you.  However while we will store your cover in our warehoure, Gallagher's will not be responsible for holes in cover due to mice, insects, abrasions, transport, storage or handling.

4. Inground Pool w/ Solid Cover   Price 1: $399.00 *no water or leaves on cover**
4 .a.) 4.c.) Solid Cover - Remove cover from pool, clean cover and water tubes.   Cover and water tubes will be stored on your premises.

6 . Above Ground - No Cover   Price 1: $200.00
5 .a.) 7 . Above Ground Pool w/ Cover   Price 1: $275.00
6 .a.) 6 .b.) Filter - Reassemble filter, heater, pump and motors.  Light pilot on heater and check operation of all systems.
6.c.) Cover - remove cover from pool and clean cover.  Cover will be stored on your premises.

8 . Pump off Solid Cover/Leaf Removal  $150.00
If water is left on cover and we have to set up our trash pump to remove water. If leaves are on cover but water is pumped off you will still be charged. If water or debris is on cover when it is removed, pool water level may be below normal operating level, which will require a return trip/extra charge.

9 . Solid Cover Storage   $150.00
Same as 3

10 . Solid Safety Cover Storage   $300.00
Same as 3

11. Empty and Clean    $899.00
10.a.) Pool - reinstall all portable pool equipment.   Test and balance pool water (price of chemicals not included).  Clean tile, skimmers and deck.  This does not include vacuum cleaning pool.  "Automatic pool cleaners will not be put in the pool and tested on opening because they will stir up winter fallout debris and cause the water to become cloudy.  If a return trip is needed to repair or adjust cleaner, there will be a service charge of $85.00 per hour
10.b.) Filter - Reassemble filter, heater, pump and motors.  Light pilot on heater and check operation of all systems.
We will empty pool with our pump and clean surface with a suitable cleaning agent.  When acid is needed, we neutralize the water as it is being pumped out to protect our environment.  This also includes a return trip after pool is filled, to start up and balance pool. Price for chemicals needed to start up and balance the water are not included.

12. Spa Attached to Pool/Filter   $50.00
This is a pool/spa combination on the same filter system.

13. Spa Separate from Pool/Filter   $150.00
This is a pool with a spa that has its own seperate system.

14. In-Floor Cleaning System $20.00
We will assemble the in-floor cleaning system.

14. Vacuum Pool Same Day As Opening (per hour)   $85.00
Vacuum pool per hour on the same day as opening. It is possible for more than one visit to vacuum may be necessary. Extra visits billed as return trip.

16. Return Trips(per hour)   $95.00
Pool should be filled upon our arrival to normal to high operating level. If your cover is still on pool, we encourage you to remove water and debris and fill pool under the cover. Any return trips needed to backwash, vacuum, brush, check water, program controllers, or replace parts or equipment not on truck will be $95.00 per visit per hour.

17. Heater Repair  (per hour) $95.00
If heaters or equipment require service, we will diagnose and repair.   Parts will be billed separately.


PARTS AND CHEMICALS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN LABOR CHARGES!!
