Who are we and what are we about?

John N. Gallagher Pool Service & Supply, Inc. was founded in 1976 right here in Frizzleburg, Carroll county.  John started the business after working in the swimming pool industry for 10 years as a service manager for Seaview Pools.  John also built pools for 5 years with Seaview. Gallagher Pools was started on the premise of hard work, integrity, and customer service. We are here to fill all of your swimming pool and spa needs. Our retail store is also open for supplies and chemicals you may need. In 2005 we changed our name to "Gallagher Pools and Spas" to reflect a more comprehensive treatment of swimming pools and Spas.

The initial plan at Gallagher's has not changed much.  The current attitude is the focus on our customers; whom we know are our greatest resource.  We have ongoing customer service training, and constant technical training.   We are very proud of our friendly staff.   Our customers have voted us Carroll's Best each year since the inception of the program in 1999.  This is an honor that we are very proud of.

Gallagher Pool Service has been an active member with the National Spa and Pool Institute for the last 33 years.   John has been very active in Chesapeake Chapter of NSPI, serving as president for 3 years, as well as an active board member for 18 years.   John has also served on the National Service Council of NSPI for 3 years.  In the constant effort to improve service to our customers we have made the jump to the web.  Just another step in making us more accessible to all our customers.  We would also enjoy seeing you as well, please stop by and see our newly renovated retail store.
