Pool Technician Specialist

Job Responsibilities: Elmer does whatever needs to be done, no matter how challenging.

Years experience: 39 (31 at Gallagher's, 3 years Crystal clear pool, 5 years at Sea View pool service)

Personal: Elmer lives in Silver Run with his wife Lynn. His children include Owen, Audrey, Molly, Warren and a cats. He enjoys Nascar and sports. He is a Vietnam veteran, who loves gardening, fishing, and collecting Jack Daniels and Nascar.

Rick
Pool Technician

Job Responsibilities: Clean and repair pools and filter systems. Open and close inground and aboveground pools. Avoiding any and all Yellow Jackets to avoid medical attention.

Years experience: 29 (11 years with Gallaghers)

Personal: Rick is married to his wife, Gretchen and has a daughter(Heidelinde) and a son (Hans). In his spare time studies history and railroading.

Charlie
Senior Pool Technician

Job Responsibilities: General pool cleaning and repair, as well as specialized plumbing and most installation.

Years experience: 15

Personal: In his spare time he enjoys watching Nascar (go 24) and spending time with his wife Betina and his two children Nick and Maggie. He also enjoys fishing and most of the time you can find him helping out on the family farm.

Ryan
Pool Technician

Job Responsibilities: Opening and closing pools, service and repair

Ryan has lived in Westminster his whole life. He graduated from Westminster High School in 1997. He is not married, but has two children, Dylan, and Jayden . He has his dog Tess as well. He loves transformers, video games, working out, watching the Baltimore Ravens, listening to music Watching wrestling and acting crazy.

Jesse
Senior Service Technician

Job Responsibilities: Clean and repair pools and filter systems. Open and close inground and aboveground pools. Service Equipment as needed.

Years Experience: 10 years

Personal: Jesse is a mighty fisherman, including pulling in a fifty pound Red Drum. He often fishes Assateague Island with Dan and others. He likes baseball and sports, and Nascar.

Warren
Opening and Closing Crew

Job Responsibilities: Lead a weekly crew to clean and mainenance pools. Open and Close pools

Years experience: 10

Personal: Warren Ball is one of our Service Technicians. He has been with Gallagher Pools & Spas for 10 years. Warren started here as a helper and has worked his way up to Service Tech. He opens and closes pools and performs many other pool related repairs, and he is our caulking specialist.

When Warren is not servicing pools he is spending time with his family. If that isn't enough to keep him busy he can be found playing softball, or cheering for the Ravens, Auburn Tigers, or Jeff Gordon! If any spare time remains you will find Warren working on the huge fishpond that he built!

Weekly Crew Leader

Job Responsibilities: Take care of weekly, biweekly and monthly maintenance of swimming pools.

Years pool experience: 6

His name is Russell but his friends and family call him Tom. He has a wonderful family with 5 children, and has been married about a decade! His hobbies are body piercing, helping his dad fix cars and collecting bugs bunny memorabilia.On his own time he does body piercing at his brother's tatoo shop. His career goal is to one day open his own business and live a long, happy, successful life.

Christopher
Weekly Crew Leader

Job Responsibilities: Take care of weekly, biweekly and monthly maintenance of swimming pools.

Years pool experience: 2

Chris is getting married July 2010, and has 2 beautiful daughters and two wonderful stepsons. He enjoys spending time with his family playing with the kids, watching football (Go Ravens), stereo systems (car, home, etc), and computer use. He aims to go as far as possible in whatever he does, and prepare himself for eventual retirement.
