2025 Bi-Weekly Spa Service Customer Agreement

We are honored that you have chosen Gallagher Pools & Spas to provide you with complete spa maintenance. The following are things you can expect from us, and a few things we ask of you as the recipient.

Bi-Weekly Spa Service is billed at $135.00/hour.

What we provide our Bi-Weekly Customers:

1. A technician will come out Bi-weekly to maintain your spa. Included in this service is the following:
   • Test and balance the water.
   • Making sure the pool equipment is in working condition.
   • Inspect and rinse filter cartridge each visit. Monthly filter cartridges will be chemically cleaned.
2. We will do our best to do your service on the same day of the week, however there is no guarantee.
3. You always receive 25% off the list price of chemicals all season long.
4. Bi-Weekly spa services are billed per hour.

What we require of our Bi-Weekly Spa Customers:

1. All Bi-Weekly Spa Customers must use chemicals purchased from Gallagher Pools & Spas. Our technicians are highly trained in the specific application of our chemical line.
2. We require that a spa wand and spare set of filter cartridges are available to the technician each visit.
3. We ask that you keep a supply of our chemicals at your home so we can use them each visit. We ask you to keep them in a garage, shed or a plastic container that is accessible to us. If we can not get to your chemicals or you are out of a chemical, we will sell it to you off our truck.
4. We understand that you want us to do what is required to keep the spa in running condition. Any parts, services, and or visits over and above the Bi-Weekly Service will be an additional charge.
5. If you know in advance that you will not require service for any particular week, please call the office as soon as possible. This makes dispatching jobs easier.

**This Bi-Weekly Spa Agreement will be retained in your file. We will provide the same Bi-Weekly Spa Service until you notify us of any changes**
