*Winterization includes 1 pump and 1 filter. For those with additional equipment see Additional Services below*
*It is the homeowner’s responsibility to maintain the cover during the winter by keeping most of the water and leaves off the cover.

** Blow water out of and plug plumbing lines (Price of plugs not included. New plugs will be sold every year)

All Services Listed Above Include the Following, Excludes Blow Lines ONLY:

• Test and chemically balance pool water (Price of chemicals not included )
• Remove portable equipment; handrails, ladders and diving board
• Blow water out of and plug plumbing lines (Price of plugs not included. New plugs will be sold every year)
• Drain filter tank, remove motors from pumps and store on your property
• Lower water to the appropriate level for winter.
• Add Winter Chemical Kit (Price of kit not included )
• Put cover on pool (if applicable)

Additional Services

• $40.00 per additional pump - Extra pumps will be removed and additional lines winterized.
• $125.00 Spa attached to pool / filter. This is a pool spa combination on the same filter system.
• $275.00 Spa attached to pool that has it’s own separate filter system (At the time of closing)
• $100.00 Solar cover removal and cleaning. Solar cover will be stored on your property.
• $55.00 In-Floor cleaning system winterized per head
• $45.00 Remove all water from heater line.
• $105.00 per hour Vacuum pool the same day as closing. Covers will not be put on pools with leaves left in them. If there are leaves that need to be removed, you will be billed.
• $675.00 Winter Water Watch Service. We will come out 5 times throughout the winter to adjust water level and remove water and leaves from the cover. We will not be able to adjust water level or remove leaves if pool is not frozen. If the pool is frozen upon one of our trips, it still counts as one of the 5 trips.
• $80.00 - $105.00 - priced by filter type Filter Repair We will take your DE or Cartridge filter apart when we winterize the pool. Upon inspection, damaged elements or elements that are in need of chemical cleaning will be brought back to be cleaned and repaired. Any parts needed will be billed when repairs are completed.
• $80.00 - Polaris Service All cleaners, will be brought back for a tune up. Any parts needed will be billed when repairs are completed.
