2025 Monthly Pool Service Customer Agreement

We are honored that you have chosen Gallagher Pools & Spas to provide you with complete pool maintenance. The following are things you can expect from us, and a few things we ask of you as the recipient.

Monthly Service is billed at $145.00/hour.

What we provide our Monthly Customers:

1. A technician will come out Monthly to maintain your pool. Included in this service is the following:
   • Vacuuming the pool if we can see the bottom / and if water is at an operational level. If pool is cloudy or water level is low, we can return when condition has been corrected for an additional charge.
   • Skimming the surface of the water.
   • Cleaning the tile.
   • Cleaning out the pump and skimmer baskets.
   • Test and balance the water.
   • Backwashing the filter when necessary.
   • Making sure the pool equipment is in working condition.
2. You receive 25% off the list price of chemicals all season long.
3. Monthly services are billed per hour.

What we require of our Monthly Customers:

1. All Monthly Customers must use chemicals purchased from Gallagher Pools & Spas. Our technicians are highly trained in the specific application of our chemical line.
2. We ask that you keep a supply of our chemicals at your home so we can use them each visit. We ask you to keep them in a garage, shed or a plastic container that is accessible to us. If we can not get to your chemicals or you are out of a chemical, we will sell it to you off our truck.
3. We understand that you want us to do what is required to keep the pool in running condition. Any parts, services, and or visits over and above the Monthly Service will be an additional charge.
4. It is not possible to maintain your pool with maintenance only being done Monthly. It is critical for you to keep the pool clean as well as maintaining proper chemical & water levels during the weeks we are not there.
5. If you know in advance that you will not require service for any particular week, please call the office as soon as possible. This makes dispatching jobs easier.

**This Monthly Agreement will be retained in your file along with your permanent authorization form. Annually we will provide the same Monthly Service until you notify us of any changes.**
