My wife and I put an offer in on a house with a pool, and we had to get the pool inspected on pretty short notice. Gallagher Pools was incredibly helpful in describing the inspection process to us, and working with our agent on scheduling. Our offer didn’t get accepted, so we didn’t end up getting the pool inspected, but we want to give a huge thanks to Jack for being so helpful and generous with his time.

Our pool closing went extremely well. The guys were efficient and fast. They did a great job of putting on our cover, which is a little difficult since our deck goes right up to the edge of the pool. We are very happy with our pool closing experience.

They’ve been great help all summer for this first time owner of a new pool. Advising me on treatments needed and why. I had them close the pool for me for the winter. Again, everyone was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend them. They also Advised a winter cover to prolong the life of my automatic cover which they installed.

They are absolutely amazing. I have a fairly decent size pool (44,000 gal) and they keep everything in perfect condition. They take care of our opening, closing, and bi-weekly testing. Every person who works for this company is fantastic. Highly Recommend!

Guys did a great job, adding the chemicals, removing the ladder, cleaning the filter elements and putting on our new cover. They had to put the cover on twice, because their instructions had them putting it on backwards the first time. They cheerfully corrected it and were meticulous installing it correctly.. They also noticed that our filter elements needed replacement and took them with them and will return with new. Highly recommend.

Year in, year out Gallaghers is consistent, responsive and professional. Their staff are a pleasure to work with and their quality and care are first rate. We’ve been using their weekly service and annual opening and closing for 15 years and have never had an issue.

Delivered Spas way later than I was planning. They were more than accommodating, and even helped me untarp as it was raining and the tarps were extra heavy and the covers were stacked 10 high. They even offered to help tie back down the rest of the load and retarp, while it was still raining. Can't get any better than that. Gallagher's employees came out and and installed our winter cover and winterized our pool. As a first time pool and spa owner, I cannot say enough about Gallagher’s. No question is ever dumb, even if I’ve asked it 5 times already. Our pool was easy to maintain due to weekly water tests and having Gallagher’s open and close our pool. I appreciate all the employees, especially, Kelly, Josh and Carrie. We’ve interacted with Carrie the most. She’s kind and very patient.

Our pool is 15 years old and we discovered Gallagher around 7 years ago. They are by far the most competent and knowledgeable company that we have used to open, close and maintain our pool. They provide honest feedback on necessary repairs and modifications without upselling. Every technician that we encountered was well versed in their work. It’s a positive statement when the new helpers become crew leaders over the years. It seems like there is very little staff turnover. Great customer service, talented professionals at a reasonable price seems like a winning formula.

Brian and his helper were fantastic. They were thorough. They were also patient and helped educate me on all the closing practices - how they're done and why each step is necessary. They are not cheap, but they do a good job.

Another sad end to a wonderful summer. I know when summer is done because Gallaghers comes to my home and closes the pool, as they have done for the past 37 years. Alway's done efficiently, professionally and thoroughly! This year, no exception. Cover expertly installed, cover pump on, and my worries about the pool for the winter are over.
